How ordering works

1. Choose frames. Browse by brand and add pieces to your request. Most frames are single pieces.
2. Send your request. Add your company and WhatsApp number. You get a reference like HIE-R-0001 straight away.
3. We hold them for 48 hours. Your pieces show as "On hold" to other buyers while we prepare your quote.
4. Quote on WhatsApp. We confirm trade prices, shipping and bank details.
5. Pay and ship. Payment by bank transfer. We send tracking once your parcel is on its way.
